You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services as outlined on the Site. Payments for the Services are processed via a secure payment gateway, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eTourist Services Pvt. ltd, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS

Government & Administrative Fee:

This mandatory fee is paid to the Turkish Immigration Department for processing your e-Visa application. The fee amount varies based on your nationality and the type of visa:

Single-Entry Visa (30 Days): Allows a single entry into Turkey for a stay of up to 30 days.
Multiple-Entry Visa (90 Days): Allows multiple entries into Turkey, with each stay lasting up to 90 days.
